We started Three Small Scoops to solve a major problem: Most Desserts in America are TOO SWEET.

Not only are they too sweet, but there's hardly anything else to taste and there's never an appropriate amount of salt.

You shouldn't have to go to a Michelin Star bakery to find a cookie with some flaky sea salt on it!

That's where our story begins. Since I love desserts, I couldn't fathom someone living their entire life and never tasting a wonderfully balanced sweet!
